OVERVIEW: Serves as an outdoor classroom for educational programs focusing and agricultural and environmental concerns to anyone. SERVICES:1) EDUCATION: Offers school tours, for students in Pre-K-8th grade, and group tours. Also provides special events created for students who are home schooled. 2) AGRICULTURAL & ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP: Teaches and inspires individuals offering workshops, field days, presentations, community forums. Provides a seasonal apprentice program at the Robert Ware Straus Ecosystem Farm. Also, accepts an intern for the summer program. 3) COLLABORATIVE REGIONAL ALLIANCE FOR FARMER TRAINING (CRAFT): Assists farmers with coordinating and facilitating learning opportunities for farm apprentices, interns and workers interested in improving farmer training and networking in the region. CRAFT consists of twelve on-farm classes and events beginning in April and ending in November. Call for cost information.4) RECREATION: Offers boating and fishing, trails, the Museum Garden and Piscataway Park.

OVERVIEW: Provides domestic violence victim support including counseling, support groups, services for children and youth, a legal clinic, and advocacy.  SERVICES: 1) HOTLINE: Counselors assess and screen individuals and provide appropriate referrals. Victims are screened for eligibility into the shelter program, service coordination, given counseling information for adults and children, or referred to other community services. All calls are confidential and are 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. 2) LEGAL REPRESENTATION: Provides legal representation to victims in areas of protection orders, divorce, child custody, child support and alimony. Attorneys will represent victims for protective order hearings, divorce, and custody cases. Court accompaniment will also be provided in criminal cases. 3) ADVOCACY: Educates clients by telephone and in-person on matters of civil and criminal legal remedies for domestic violence. The Clinic also advocates for changes in the laws that affect victims of domestic violence.  4) INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY COUNSELING: Provides counseling sessions to victims of physical or psychological abuse and their family. Also assist in developing a safety plan to learn about options to escape abuse. 5) GROUP COUNSELING: Provides group counseling to all female victims of physical or psychological abuse. Must call first. Education regarding domestic violence crisis counseling and support offered. 6) SUPPORT GROUP: Offers a support group Wed, 9:30-11AM and Thur, 6-7:30PM for Spanish speaking victims of Intimate Partner Violence, or friends and family of victims of Intimate Partner Violence. For information on the support group for English speaking victims, call 410-732-2176. 7) CHILDREN AND YOUTH: Offers limited counseling/therapy services, which are available by appointment only. Counseling is for children ages 6-18 years old and women victims of domestic violence.
